I don't know yet but either in the gym or in somewhere outside

Media Language [approximately 100 words]

• How do you plan to meet the brief? Two 40-60 second adverts aimed at teenagers and

young adults focused on the aspirations or life goals of the target audience.

• What camera shots, angles and movement will you use for your advert? Think about

connotations here and remember to include a shot of the product in your planning.

• Mise-en-scene: What aspects of mise-en-scene will you use to communicate meanings to

your audience? Think about settings, costume, props etc. Pick two or three aspects of

CLAMPS and explain the connotations these will create.

• Sound: how will you include both diegetic and non-diegetic sound in your adverts?

• What representations of people, places and groups will you create in your TV adverts? E.g.

gender, race/ethnicity, young people etc.

By making sure the audience are entertained and are listening meaning i have to make sure im presenting it and entertaining at the same time and making sure to project my voice

• How will your TV adverts reinforce or challenge stereotypes?

• Your target audience is specified in the brief: teenagers and young adults. Expand on this

audience: demographic and psychographic details. What other products would your

audience use and enjoy? How will your TV adverts target this specific audience?

• What audience pleasures will your adverts offer? Apply theory here too (e.g. Blumler and

Katz – Uses & Gratifications theory).
